  • Partnering with Finance, IT, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues, identify system improvements and optimise workflows.
  • Supporting disaster recovery planning, system resilience and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance.

Why you’ll want this role

  • Hands-on, high-impact role where you influence how finance systems, data integrity and financial processes operate across BHI.
  • Full systems ownership - from issue resolution to optimisation, enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement.
  • Meaningful work supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics and financial governance across the organisation.
  • Join a collaborative Finance team with opportunities to drive systems innovation and process improvement.
  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements, a values-led culture, and a supportive environment that empowers system experts.
  • Competitive PACCT 8 salary aligned to senior technical, analytical and systems expertise.
